전화로 인사할 때는 Hi there~
I will go there tomorrow and I have some questions before going there.
- 자동차를 가지고 가는데 주차장이 있는가. (그냥 차는 너무 식상하니까 캠핑카로 하자.)
I think I have to drive my car to go there and.. um.. it's a quiet big~ camper van.. so I need a large parking lot. well. do you have a spacious parking lot?
Wow you have it. ~ very good!

- (호텔이라면) 빈 방이 있나요? (식당이라면)빈 자리가 있나요?
well we are 10people. six adults and 4children. Do you have a room(table) large enough for us all? I mean 10 people?
oh really big room(table)? I really like it.

- 할인이 되는 멤버십 카드가 있나요? 롯데 카드가 있는데 할인 되는지 궁금해요.
Then, do you have any membership cards or promotions which has discount benefit? well, I have a lotte card. I wonder if I can get discount.

- 병원이라면 ? -> I'm calling to schedule an appointment. with doctor Kim. Can I go there tomorrow morning? -> 예약을 하고 싶어요. 김 선생님이요. 내일 아침에 가도 될까요?

well I don't want to waste my time finding pharmacy. I wonder if there are any pharmacy near the hospital. -> 약국 찾느라 시간을 쏟기 싫은데요, 병원 주변에 약국이 있나 궁금하네요.

: oh my gosh, Jisu is sick too? (Is Jisu sick too 인가??) I didn't know that..
- 날짜를 미루는 것은 어떠냐?
: Then,, How about meet this weekend? instead of meeting today. I think I will be better soon. if I get enough rest tonight. -> oh you can~ that's good.

- 환불이 가능한가요?
: I bought an I-phone x yesterday. I think it's really different from what I expected before. I'd like to get a whole refund on this.

- 다른 날짜로 변경 가능한가요?
: I'd like to change the date. can I?
